We took my son in laws 2011 to said business at the time having a so called friend who worked there . We were told it was the transmission. Boss contacted me said warranty company was requesting transmission to be sent off for further diagnosis meaning the transmission had to be removed and sent off . I was told by the owner of the company’s he was certain the most he would be able to get warranty company to pay would be 1500.00 and I was like that’s fine anythjng is better then nothing. At first they stayed in contact . I text October 10 with no response . I’ve had surgery and a lot of health issue so I texted yesterday and he responded today . That the claim had been denied by the claims dept and the last communication he had a month ago came back email address was invalid . But I was never notified . Or given the contact information I requested October 10 . So now I’m sure because of poor business practice on Fred’s garage part o will not be receiving any refund from warranty co . I feel they should be held accountable for poor customer service and now I won’t be able to receive a refund I’m sure . Any help would be appreciated
