      2011 *** was repoed totally understand I was behind on my payment life happens like that my complaint is after 1 week I have yet to receive the letter I was told I would get outlining the process to retrieve property and or get car back not sure if this is dealership error ie computer glitch **** problem I just need my stuff and would like to retain ownership of the car in question just when called no one seems to know the Information needed

      8/3/2024 my mother ****** ***** financed a vehicle through them and it stopped working after 3 days and we have asked them about fixing it and they proceeded to curse her hang up on her won’t do anything to fix the issue and I have texted her about making the payments on the vehicle also have blocked on social media when trying to contact them

      To whom it may concern:

      The customers had 2 vehicles with our company. The customers skipped town and moved without updating their address with us and didn't make any payments on either account for 30 days. When they did make a partial payment on one of the accounts we told them specifically that needed to get their accounts current to avoid the possibility of repossession. The customers signed repo agreements when purchasing the vehicles and proof of that will be attached. We had every right to repossess the vehicles and we chose to do so because of their actions.

      On 11/18/2023 I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado from Fairfield Trucks. When driving the truck home from the car lot I noticed the check engine light came on and the truck shifted hard. I took the truck to a local mechanic shop. When the mechanic raised the truck up he showed me that there was a crack in the frame of the truck and some of the cab bolts weren’t even connected to the frame. He informed me that there was a lot of undercoating that could be indicating the dealership was trying to hid the crack in the frame.He also said the transmission was going out of the truck and it needed a new computer. I contacted the dealership where I purchased the truck and explained the situation and told them they sold me an unsafe truck. They told me I would have to take it an hour away to a mechanic shop in Chillicothe,OH in order to have everything verified. I explained to him that I have 3 children and I don’t want to drive the truck an hour away with them in the truck with it having a bad frame. They said that was our only option. I even offered pictures of the frame that was taken so they could see the crack but they refused. I asked if we could take it to a closer mechanic shop so we didn’t have to drive it as far, they refused.

      We want to verify what a 3rd party shop is saying before any decisions are made.  Not asking much here.    Customer can have vehicle towed to the shop, or dropped off at our Lancaster location and we can get it to our repair facility for inspection.    If not, customer bought vehicle “as is” and is responsible for the truck.

      Bought a car in May 2023, paid my down-payment and fees and my first payment and came upon a hard time. Tried several times to contact them to set something up until I got straightened up and no one would get back to me. So they came and repoed my car and I still tried getting some answers on how to get my car back. Was told I was sent a certified letter a week later when I was finally able to speak to someone and I never received that letter until they sent it again. Instead of only owing $425 for 2 total missed payments, they want me to pay off the loan to get my car back which is nearly $9,500. They never return calls or emails when I was trying to resolve the issue before they even repoed it.

      On October 27, 2022 I purchased a payment on a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab. Only missed a half payment of 15 days and my truck was repod late night Sunday February 19, 2023 and was originally told to retrieve my truck I had to pay $646.54 to the men who came to repo my truck. My wife had full intentions on paying the remainder of the half balance that was owed when she got off work that Monday morning but the men that came to repo my truck said I either had to pay the $646.54 right then and there or they were taking it. That same Monday morning I called Instant Auto Sales and asked for info about getting my truck back and was then told I had to make a payment of $8,000 to get it back and I would recieve a certified letter in the mail within 21 days. I still havent received such letter and the car lot is refusing to tell me how I can at least go and retrieve my personal belongings

      To whom it may concern:

      The customer, ******* ******, in no way is being honest about the situation. This was customer's 2nd time being out for repossession on this vehicle since he had it. Anytime a vehicle is repossessed they are told right then and there to get any belongings out they want and when they call in they are told they can get anything out of it they didn't already. Mr.****** was gonna be given the option of paying to get the vehicle back for the past due amount until he verbally cussed and threatened physical harm to our staff at that point we made the decision to declare the full balance due on the loan. He kept calling in and threatening us to the point where if he had called anymore we was gonna report it to the police but he stopped after we told him we would do so. He was sent a certified letter explaining to him the process. A copy will be attached. We did nothing wrong in this situation and the customer's complaint is a fabrication of the actual events.
