I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado LTZ on or about March 3rd. I think my salesman was **** *******. he told me it was a good truck with a warranty. I test drove the vehicle, and it ran fine. I did not know there was anything wrong with it, until I looked underneath and saw the frame was rusted, was impacts the integrity of the whole truck. I put $2500 down, and financed the remainder of the $10,995. I contacted the warranty company, and they said it wasn't covered. I called the financing co, and they said the warranty only covered the motor, transmission and electronics. I reached out to **** who said he was on vacation adn would be back a week or so.

I purchased a car from “Courthouse cars inc “ in Chillicothe Ohio , the day I purchased said vehicle which is a 2012 dodge journey I was told there was a warranty that would cover anything to do with motor or transmission. I notified the dealer **** ******* that the car was blowing out cold air when I had heat on . He suggested I contact the warranty place they told me to take it to a licensed shop ! I took it to Midas here in town and they did a diagnostic test found that the heads were warped and so was motor block . They denied to fiz the claim the dealer says I dishonest an as is agreement and now I’m out my car and my $2000 (trade in value ) also money I’ve had to pay for taxi back n forth to work also my car payment for a car that has been in the shop 2 days after purchase date . No one is trying to help me resolve this issue . I am a single mother and work 12 hrs a day to survive and now I’m dealing with this .

[If you do not say why you are rejecting the company's response, BBB must close your complaint.]

      Complaint: 21415237

I am rejecting this response because: the dealer is not wanting to cover the cost of repairs and states I had a warranty , however the warranty is not covering vehicle maintenance and repairs that was told that it was at purchase time!! I am not expected to pay my monthly bill as well as costly repairs through Midas . $ 5500 , that is not a simple repair the motor was warped also the heads warped . Done prior to me . This is an ongoing issue with not only my vehicle  but many from his dealership. Also refuses to put me in something that is running .  Zero to no communication with myself

      Regards,

      ******** ******

I bought a car, for $10,686.38 with $2,000 trade in. The bill of sale had a final balance due of $8,868.38. When I paid my first payment I looked and the price I am being charged is $14,311.62 when I confronted him about it I was told that in 4-5 years trade it in and my interest would go down (24.99% because I am considered high risk according to courthouse cars) and that I still owed him $500 down payment (but that’s what the trade in was for) I was told that if I didnt want it to “bring it back and come get your car”. I never received anything other than the Bill of Sale. The loan company is Credit Acceptance. I provided him with a picture of the bill of sale as well as a picture from credit acceptance showing both totals. I was told the interest doesn’t show up on the paperwork.

We bought a 2006 Jeep from this business. We didn't even get home with it and the engine blew. He said he would fix it and make it right. He had it at his shop for 8 weeks. We tried to get out of the contract the next day that we bought the vehicle and get our trade in back. He would not let us. When we finally received the vehicle back we noticed loud noises coming from the back end. The axle needs replaced. And it is very unsafe to drive. The owner of Court House Cars refuses to make this situation right. The very next day after the purchase of the vehicle we begged to get a different vehicle, or give us our trade back something anything to make this deal fair. He didn't not come through with his end of the contract by selling a safe running vehicle.

I was buying a car for 7495USD, I signed for one page of the paperwork, but the sales guy signed my name for me for every other page. Including the bill of sale that just so happened to be a few hundred dollars more expensive than we agreed. I also got a warranty, my A/C and wheel went out, I was promised they'd be fixed. Then I get told that I also owe a 500USD deposit as well.
