I put a car in layaway at this dealership and was told that they would not drive it anymore but would put it up, that was done, and I was promised that the car would be detailed, and it was not. I was told gas was put in it and it was not. When they took the price off the windshield they damage it. There were new scratches and new dents on the car. I fell in love with the car because of the condition of the body and the inside was in good shape as well. I was given 250 off, to find that the car remote to lock it does not work as well, there are also two cigarette holes in the carpet that were not there when I test-drove it. I would like a new key remote, the one they gave me is not working, parts are missing and tape is holding it closed. I left a message for the owner to call me, but have not heard from him at the time of this complaint, that was over a week agoBusiness response

customer put car in our layaway program she had car inspected by her mechanic, we put ten dollars gas in car, had her detailed now she wants a new key fob our cars are sold as is she signed all the paper work saying as is their is nothing more we can doCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.They did not put ten dollars of gas in the car
I did not have the mechanic check the key fob so I didn't know it was malfunctioning
Company said they would get back with me about the key fob and no one has reached out till this day.

Bought a car from Klein on vine as is was told nothing was wrong with it in 1 day later the check engine light came on in transmission went out. I tried to take it back and the man told there was nothing they can do so my mom told to me to contact yourlemonlawrights and they told me that he has 30 days to give me another car or my money back I just want a car I would love to have my money back to get another car or just trade me out a car thank youBusiness response

Customer test drove before purchasing,no problems when left lot was told and signed documents cars are sold “as is” no warranty,no repairs,no returns and no refunds I’m going to try to load paperwork signed by customer —never heard of lemon laws on used cars, lemon laws are only on new cars with manufacturers on same problemsCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:I have contacted Klein he told me to do what I have to do once I told him I was contacting a lawyer he said there nothing he can do about my car well the car he sold with a bad transmission without saying anything promising me that the car should run for atleast 3 months without no problem
