On 8/15/2023, I went to a scheduled appointment. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes and watched three other people who came after me, get taken care of. After 45 minutes, I left because obviously they had no intention on providing care. I was incredibly offended and tired of this type of treatment. It was not the first time. I cancelled both my future appointments and my daughters. Then on 12/26/2023, I get a reminder text message of my daughter's appointment. I call, leave a voicemail message AGAIN requesting the appointment to be cancelled. I get a text message confirmation that voicemail was received. I respond to the text message to again send the message, this appointment should be cancelled. Then on the scheduled appointment date, I get a call from the dental office asking where my daughter is. AGAIN, I said I cancelled this appointment on three separate occasion. Now I get a bill in the mail that I am being charged a $75 fee for an appointment I cancelled 3 times. And they're charging another $50 fee for making me wait 45 minutes and refusing to provide service on a scheduled appointment.Customer response

I received a call from their office manager this morning and she agreed to waive the fee.
