I called the dentist office to make an appointment. They lady told me I could come in at 12pm. So I show up at 12pm I give some of my info and fill out some stuff. As I’m sitting waiting the lady goes to the back and come back and tells me she needs to talk to me. She tell me the dr. Is in a procedures so their not going to be able to see me today. I asked well why would you schedule me to come in. She wouldn’t answer that. I asked if I could reschedule then while I was there and she told me no they didn’t have any openings and wasn’t seeing anybody else And that I needed to leave. I was at a loss of words by the way I was being treated. I simply asked for an explanation on why they would schedule me to come in tell me they are accepting new patients and accept my insurance but when I get there they treat me like I did something wrong but they would give me no answer she just kept being rude to me and told me I had to leave. So I left and called the offic back and asked if they had any available appointments and I was told yes but as soon as I told them my name she put me on hold and the lady that treated me rudely and told me to leave got on the phone and told me not to call back and hung up on me. I was discriminated treated unfairly for absolutely no reason.
