They dont stand by their product. We bought extra hard wood flooring in case of damage. I called them to see if I could get one of their installers to repair the floor. Willing to pay of course. Couldnt find a company or individual to repair the 4 by 10 area. They located my purchase, six years ago, but never called be back after saying they would. I spent hours trying to find someone to repair my floor. Vowed to never use them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have done an internal review and are not able to identify who you spoke with on the phone initially. Since receiving the review, we have had our Store Manager reach out to the customer to help with what she needs. Unprofessional backstabbing crew who all confirm the incompetence of Adam S***** manager running Dayton- ever aspect of my wood /carpet job has been screwed up and redone at least 2x or more. escalating to a competent figurehead who can make some serous staff changes and resolve the mess and a new floor that needs to be replaced and laid properly.Review from Jim W

Poor workmanship. First time the linoleum was laid it wasn't down 6 months and it started coming apart at the seams. The installer left glue buckets and glue on the flooring. He also left garbage in my yard. Hu spent more time in his van than he did putting the floor down.. I called buddys to report it and the sent a second crue to come and fix it. This was a big inconvenience. It took two guys 4 days to fix it. Each day they showed up it was after 1:30 in the afternoon and stayed until around 7:30 or 8 that evening. Big pain in the ***. Buddys use contractors. This was the Buddys in florence *** I also have pictures if interested.
