      My hearing aids were purchased approx. 18 months ago. From day 1 I had problems pairing my hearing aids to my ******* phone. I went back several time to get it repaired with no luck. I was searching for help monthly. NO help! My hearing aids are now working on either ear individually. My last visit I was told it was a problem with ******** phones and that I should switch to *****. ******** and other ******** have been around long before ***** and other digital phones- I know they worked with ******** for many years. Now they they have decided that each side should not work. I feel as if I have been scammed and want to let other people know before they purchase Miracle Ear hearing aids, About these issues

      Good morning! I wanted to respond to our customers concern that was outlined in the
      “Statement of the Problem”
      I met with B*** on 10/3/24 in our Miracle Ear location. Our meeting went very well and the
      connectivity issue was resolved. B*** did not have our Miracle Ear app on his phone installed.
      We connected his hearing instruments to the app and B*** was able to connect via Bluetooth.
      After conversation with B***, he advised that he was going to retract his concerns with the BBB.

      I hope this helps resolve any concerns.

      The original complaint was with Miracle Ear Corp. not the dealer - The Miracle ear dealer in Downingtown has been nothing short of great to me. They got everything striaghtened out for me and the major problems was with my ******** phone. Miracle Ear in Downingtown has been very good to me helpful. The problem was their corp. headquarters.

      My complaint is with Miracle Ear in ********* ********. On December 23, 2023 I bought Hearing Aids from them. I had a hearing test and they said hearing aids would help me with high pitches. Upon saying that we would get them, Andrew Utz said he would check my insurance. He came back to me to say we should be getting $500 dollars toward the purchase. He said that it will take a few weeks for this happen since it comes through insurance. I am with United Health care Supplement. Well the several weeks went by with no one getting in touch with me. I called Miracle Ear and they told me to get in touch with my insurance. I did call them. They told me I needed a report from an audiologist. I told them Miracle Ear checked my hearing. They suggested I have them send the results to them or go to an audiologist. I called Miracle Ear and they told me they don't do this. I called their corporate office and the man I talked to there told me he would call my insurance and get back with me. He never called me back. I called the ******** office and they said they would take care of it and would call me back. NO one again called. I have gone in to appointments and talked about this with Eric. He assured me he would call corporate and call me back..NO one calls. I called ******** again two weeks ago and they told me Eric would call me back, NO call back. My complaint with them is dangling the five hundred dollars in front of me, telling me they will handle it, and now six months later nothing has been done. One of the calls received from ******** told me if I pay $500 of my own money then I can get $500 back. I told them that didn't make sense. This call was from the ******** office and the secretary called me with that $500 offer, not corporate. Communication is very poor. I think I will change offices after all this time. But, I do want my $500 reduction of my hearing aids.

      We are waiting for a refund check from our corporate office before we contact the patient to pick up. We are refunding the $500 the patient was unable to recoup from the insurance mistake.

      Went for a free hearing evaluation on 9/11/23 and placed an $820 deposit on hearing aid. Called 9/12/23 to cancel order d/t cost. Order to be cancelled except for shipping cost of $29.95. Returned 9/25/25 to get what I thought was my refund and told no to try the aids for 30 days which I declined, then told I had to write reason I did not want the aids. It is now 16 days and I still have not been reimbursed. I called on the 18th and was told the check had been processed/issued. This was at the ********* branch on **** Road.

      Beall, Inc. DID NOT sell this product. We have no retail operations. We do not own or operate the store in ******, or any other location.

      This consumer will need to file a complaint with the company she purchased from.

      We also don't want to be dinged with a "No Response" in our company BBB record.

      I was contacted November 24, 2023 by Miracle Ear to come in and pick up my refund check.  I was advised by the receptionist the check had been delivered to the wrong address.  The envelope was post marked 10/2/23.   So I did receive the refund check.       Thank you

      Patient check was delayed getting to office via mail.  Our office had received the refund check but did not contact patient to pick up at the Miracle Ear office.  Ms. Jones picked up the check on 11/24/2023.  Attached is a copy of the check and her signature for receipt.
