DG Insurance Agency picked up me up as a client in 2023. Since then, they have been completely unresponsive. Over the last 2 years they have not been reporting my proof of insurance to my mortgage company. I over paid 4 thousand dollars in insurance. They also did not report my escrow account to my home insurance so I have been paying that out of pocket. Due to the lack of care and service, I have been trying to get a transfer of agency. However, DG has been unresponsive and refuses to sign the necessary paper work to get my policies switched to a different agency. The initial request was submitted on 6/6/24. Follow ups were made to DG Insurance agency on 6/17, 6/26, 7/9 and 7/22. I would like them to sign the paperwork
