      Took my car in for my appointment on Monday 4/8/2024 to have my transmission checked due to the car shaking when the gas is pressed. I have brought my car to this dealership about 8 times. 3 times for the same issue, the car shaking and acting weird while driving. Last appointment, we had to pay since they didn’t find anything wrong and this time, it is not THURSDAY 4/11, and I have had to call **** MYSELF to see what they have done, if anything. Was told “oh, no one told you that the guy working on your car got in a motorcycle accident?” NO, there is NO communication at all. My car has been sitting in the shop for 4 DAYS!!!!!! This is daily driver car for work. I need my car! And they wanted to charge me for looking at it, because they don’t have someone to check the car while the guy who was working on it already is out. They won’t give us a loaner vehicle or a rental car until they figure out what exactly is wrong with the car. They have TERRIBLE communication And I have had multiple issues with KERRY FORD before and the only reason that I have to come back to this car It is the closest location. ONCE AGAIN, this ford has not fixed my car after having it for 4 days, with no communication from this dealership. -1 year ago, took my car in for the same issues and I left a bad review because the person who was test driving the car, took it to ********** and STOLE money for my vehicle, with it being heard on the dash cam. I contacted the ford and nothing ever came out of it. The manager never did anything and now my review is gone.

      On 6/14 we had a 2017 **** Transit that broke down and needed to be towed to Kerry. Unfortunately, we were told we needed a new engine (about 3 months after we needed to replace the transmission at a another service center). Spent over $9K on the new engine. We got the car back a month later on 7/14. On 7/16 the check engine light came on and were told we had a bad purge valve. It was not in stock and on a major backorder with **** and it could be months before we could get it - I totally understand this in todays current state. On 7/21 we found the valve online and ordered the *** part which would take a couple weeks for $200. While waiting for the part to arrive, on 7/29 the car wouldn't start and we needed to jump it. On 8/4 the car wouldn't start and needed a jump. We took the car to an auto parts store who tested it and said we needed a new battery. On 8/8 we took it back to Kerry and replaced the battery for $340. On 8/9 we took the car back because the windshield wipers would not work. We were told it was a loose wire. At this point the purge valve had come in so they installed the purge valve and replaced a transmission shifter cable bushing that was a recall from ****. Within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, the wipers would come on and off randomly and could not be turned off. We took it back and were told we would need to spend $850 to replace both wiper motors. I researched what would cause this, and found this is a common problem after installing a new battery. Apparently there are a few steps that need to be done to fix the problem not related to replacing the wiper motors. I called in and spoke to a representative that told me this could have nothing to do with their repair and it had to be the wiper motors.Enough is enough. I work in a service industry (HVAC). This is the type of runaround you get when you go with the "low bid". I am fine with paying for a professional to do a job the right way the first time. Stay away!
