Owner will not stand behind her work as warranty of bushes was one year on contract. I have 3 dead bushes and job was not completed of mulch and grass is growing back and was dug up incorrectly. Please fix as Owner work against her customers not with. She threatened with lawsuits because of bad reviews I gave. That’s part of owning a company to take care of customers issues or complaint.Business response

When a client violates the terms of the contract and cancels services in the middle of service it is up to Sweet T to come back out or not. This client has not given me an apology and compensation.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

**** ****First job is not completed, mulch never finished as this has nothing to do with second job because you didn’t have enough mulch regardless of second job I canceled has nothing to do with other job. I have 3 dead bushes in warranty and on contract. Flowered bed was dug out buy an amateur using a garden tiller to remove sod lol. My flower bed is cover in new grass growing in. I was charged $2100 for a bully owner who don’t stand by her work and warranty. I told her to fix it or I would write a bad review. She flips out and saying she going to take me to court. For what? Being screwed out of $2100 because an owner can’t swallow her pride. Being an owner is taking care of customers not talking down to them and calling my work crying to Front Desk at my work. Really none of their business and unprofessional for her. I’m not asking for money just a completed job done right and warranty on plants.she has made something so simple into a nightmare.I will continue to speak my mind on poor service from start to finish. I expect resolution before we take to local Cincinnati local tv.
