I am a parent volunteer part of the ******** high school boosters and PTA. I had placed an order for a large quantity of balloons and they quoted me a price of $1.49 apiece for the balloons. I had our school treasure Isham me a check for that dollar amount that they quoted me and when I went up to pay they said their employees did it wrong and didn't know that wasn't the correct price. They then refused to honor that price. Then I conceited and said let's just do easier balloons, so it would be easier on their end. At which point the employee, Cathy tore up my order in front of me and told me to take my business elsewhere that they would not be serving ******** high school. I cannot wrap my head around what just happened in that situation?Customer response

The owner reached out to the consumer and honored the price of the balloons. Additionally, the owner apologized for the behavior of the employee. The consumer considers the matter resolved.
