In late December I won a contest they have on the radio where you win $1000 if you hear the same song twice to call in. I was supposed to receive an email/call back regarding picking up my prize. No one ever contacted me back, even after several phone calls and emails to several personnel. They also used my voice to promote the radio station for months. It’s unfair, disheartening, and disappointing.Business response

We have received two letters of complaint sent to the BBB from a woman named ******* ******** who lives in ****** ******** **. She claims to have won a contest conducted by one of our Cincinnati radio stations - the issue is we never conducted the contest she is claiming that she won. If we had conducted the contest, she would not be eligible as she lives outside the DMA radius of our radio stations.
