Every couple of months we get the same letter in the mail wanting to purchase our property at **** ************ *****. We have NEVER owned this property and have emailed and left messages on the given phone number ###-###-#### stating this - but they keep sending the same letter. Please make them stop. apologize that despite multiple attempts to communicate your lack of interest (and that the property
referenced is not owned by you!) we have not heeded your requests. I fully understand how frustrating and
annoying this situation has been for you. Please rest assured that I have taken every step to remove you from

As of March 2022, this company has continued to harass my husband and I with frequent mailers asking to buy our house. We have told them repeatedly to stop littering our mailbox, as we would never sell our home to an investment buyer. We have made it abundantly clear to these two that their offers are not welcome, and yet here I am, angry enough to reach out to the BBB for assistance. Get your act together, Painter brothers, and stop making a greedy nuisance out of yourselves and your cash-hungry company.Business response

your husband from our mailing lists-I am very deeply sorry for the aggravation this has caused your family. As
of March 14, 2023, we have verified that your address has been deleted from our database in its entirety, and
you will no longer be in receipt of any marketing materials. I do apologize for the nuisance of multiple flyers
and hope this is an acceptable solution.
