I am reaching out today to attempt to get a rectification for my issue. I placed an order today, 2/15/2024 for a birthday gift for a friend, with Adrian Durban Florist online. The items included were a teddy bear, balloons and a cake at which i paid $133.21 for said items and the order number is 469813. The issue at hand is the cake. I did receive a call from the florist asking if I wanted anything written on the card I stated sure. I asked the caller of an EDT, I was told around 3ish. No other conversation was had. Also, while being on the phone I felt unprofessionally rushed off the phone. I received notice from the recipient she received her items. The issue is the cake is chocolate and the recipient doesn't like chocolate. When I placed the order it is pictured on there website the decoration on the cake may differ, however it didn't specify the icing flavor and cake flavor would be. I feel like had the website specified this, I would have made a note "No chocolate cake, no chocolate icing". When I called the company to get a resolution I was told, "there wasn't a note specifying any substitutions, there's nothing we can do.. I would suggest just giving it to her friends. " Now, as i go look on the website, there isn't an option to make substitutions, however there is a spot for delivery instructions. In my opinion that isn't the same.Initial Complaint

I ordered a flower delivery to my home: **** Montgomery Road. There was a delivery charge. The GPS took the delivery driver to **** Montgomery Road a Mercedes Dealership. The Mercedes dealership is one driveway away from my house! The driver never made an attempt to look for ****- just stayed where the GPS took them. When I called the company to ask what happened they said they could not find my address and to provide them with a "correct" address. My home address is **** Montgomery Road -the address that was provided to them. We agreed to cancel the flower delivery, BUT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND the delivery fee. When I pay for delivery, I would expect a delivery. There was no reason for the delivery not to be made - to make matters worse- they have delivered to my address before. My $23.89 delivery charge should be refunded, or if I'm paying for delivery I would like to have flowers delivered. I did not make an error in my order. The address **** Montgomery Rd was provided. Adrian D HAS DELIVERED to my house before, so why am I at fault when the delivery driver couldnt figure out he was sitting at the Mercedes dealership -which is again **** and he needs to get to ****. The next landmark would be All Saints Church which is **** Montgomery Rd. Hmmmm I live at **** which is in between 8727 and 8939. I have a video I can email that shows clear as day address marker on Montgomery Rd, next door to the driveway of the Mercedes dealership where the driver sat.
