Professional, courteous and competent. I needed some repairs to an aging roof. They responded quickly and performed the work timely as promised. Terri, the owner, offered much welcomed advice that was honest upfront and enabled me to weigh all my options. She really knows her stuff!!! Although I went with minor repairs for now, I will definitely be using Lady On The Roof when it’s time for a new roof. I loved that I was supporting a woman owned small business in a field traditionally dominated by males. I highly recommend Lady On The Roof to anyone looking for an honest roofing company that performs on time and as promised.Review from Becky T

Terri and her team were a dream to work with! Communication? On point. Teamwork? Flawless. They handled the job with such care, especially when working around the horses. Terri made sure her team kept the area tidy, and I couldn’t have appreciated her attention to detail more. The best part? They left the place spotless, so there was no cleanup required at all. I called Terri to inspect my roof after a hail event, she was there as scheduled and after the inspection told me that there was no damage from the hail and that I may want to have another inspection in a few years and that there was some nail pops and a few other minor things that should be done, with a roof maintenance visit, she took care of everything that was needed at the time there’s not many companies that truly care about being honest with customers Terri is one of those people and when the time comes for the new roof I know what company I will use.Review from Joe F

A little late (well, a lot late) in providing a review. We contracted with Lady On The Roof in late spring 2023 to replace soffits and facia that were severely damaged by raccoons. At our request, Terri and team installed ***** ****** board soffits and facia in the hopes to keep critters out of the house once and for all. Since our roof was over 20 years old and had a lot of heat damage we also had Terri and her team replace the roof and gutters. Caeser and his crew did a great job with the fascia and soffits. We were equally pleased with the roofing crew. The latter somehow managed to do a complete tear off and replacement in one day. You have to witness the amount of roof we have to understand how impressive this is. They worked into dusk to ensure the new roof was complete that day. Terri and Camielle were quick to address any concern we had during the process. I would recommend Lady On The Roof without hesitation.Review from Keith S

Terri and Camielle were awesome. Clear, timely, really quality work. Overall super excellent experience. Many, many compliments from the neighbors on how great the new roof and siding look. I really couldn't be happier! 100% Recommend.

Lady on the roof was the best contractor experience I’ve had. Terri and Camielle were extremely communicative, clear about options, prices, and made sure I understood each step of the process. They went above and beyond on service. The crew was professional and did great work in getting the roof completed in a couple of days. Lady on the roof replaced my roof downspouts and gutter. We were impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work.I consulted 3 other roofing companies and only the owner of lady on the roof, ***** told us the roof had hail damage. She helped us claim insurance and made the process painless.Her crew is well trained and we are happy with their service and work well done. My house looks beautiful and safe. Terri replaced my mom's roof, and did a great job. We chose a lesser cost ridge vent system, and one year later she came back and and ended up replacing it for a better product (AT NO CHARGE). We should have gone with the better product to begin with, and she took care of us. She is very efficient and does high quality work! My brother also had his roof replace by Terri. We would definitely recommend her to family and friends!Lady on the Roof Response
