In March 2023, we will have used this company as our internet provider for 3 years. They are the ONLY internet provider available to us, with the exception of satellite internet connections with data limits that are not feasible for my job. They know that we are unable to get any other service providers in our area; therefore, they charge high rates for speeds up to only 10MBPS, and we average below 5MBPS on a good day. We have multiple documented evidence of our poor speeds and they have never compensated us for our low or nonexistent speeds - even when the issues are unresolved. We have been in communication with them since December 16th about our internet going out completely multiple times per hour, and they never are willing to compensate us for our loss in connection and we are always blamed for faulty equipment or functioning on our end. Our neighbors who use the same tower have experienced the same issues and despite our emails, calls, and texts they will not fix the issue and continue to blame the customers and their individual houses. I am at a loss on what I can do as a customer to keep from being charged for internet that we do not actually receive.Business response

I have been a loyal customer for Heavenwire Mobilcomm for over 10 years. The last 6 months I have requested for our internet connection issues to be addressed. I have been told there are no issues and they have replaced the requirement on my house as well as the same for my neighbor. I called again service tech came said everything is fixed and will be reviewing the access point tower. I then followed up due lack of communication of any update on the service ticket and was told that it was NOT even checked after the tech specifically stated he was going there next. I’ve spoke with “higher management” multiple customer service reps as well as multiple service technicians. No resolution, disregarded, along with terrible customer service. I have paid for a service that has not been provided for over 6 months and get told “there’s no issue” however I am not getting any connection. If they will not seriously service their equipment and provide the service they are selling and promising to provide that is 100% a rip off.Business response

I paid my bill on Oct 3, wasn't due until Oct 10. I called to cancel my service, it's not being used as of Oct 6, I have a new service. I called to cancel my service and asked for a refund, they cancelled my service but said they couldn't give me a refund, so I'm paying for a service I'm not going to receive!Business response

The customer spoke with a former employee. He informed her per our website, that Heavenwire has a No Refund policy and That All sales are final.
