Bullock Plumbing & Restoration, referred to us by another water damage & remediation expert, came to repair leaking pipes in our basement that had been installed poorly. Owner Chris B****** is clearly experienced and knowledgeable about plumbing and water damage issues. More than that, he is honest and conscientious, going above & beyond what he was expected. This company came out to service my property in Cincinnati and they did a fantastic job. I had hired two other company's and neither one of them could find my problem. I hired this company and Chris found the issue I about an hour thank you guys. Just want to say I see the other comments that left and I'm telling you this company is really a good company I recommend them thank you guys.

0 I wouldn’t even rate this company I would never refer this company they are the rudest people ever except for one guy, Dustin, the only one who’s shown up every single day for ever a month, I will soon post pics of the crap work that’s been done and even my insurance adjuster has filed several complaints against them as well!!! Good evening *** ****** thank you for your comments. First of all we was not there a month. Second we took on your job because the first contractors didn’t want to deal with you. We took on the job to help you and family out when nobody was there to put your property back. Rude no mama please tell the truth and shame the devil we tried to help you guys out as much as possible BUT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT OR TO ANY OF OUR EMPLOYESS THE FACT THAT YOU WOULD ONLY ADDRESS ISSUES AFTER HIURS IS A PROBLEM IF YOU ADDRESS THE ISSUES DURING BUSINESS HOURS THATS FINE. We received numerous of unprofessional text messages from you after hours when you could simply call during the day. Bullock were paid half upfront $1,500 to turn bathtub to a shower stall and they improperly installed shower walls and also improperly installed drain and pipes when we tested the shower , the water from the Shower ran down to first floor dining and then flowed down to basement causing water damage and we reached to Bullock and denied it all and refused to give back money during the job they were stopping to go and pick up other jobs and my husband smell weed on them while working on our bathroom and he stopped working to have fight w girlfriend that came to my home. Wow just wow some people would never be happy I guess its always best to Pay your contractors in full because if not Im sure the contractors dont work for free. We all are out here raising family good luck on your property please beware of this customer as they dont want to pay for services.Review from Deborah K

This company took far too long to get our job done due to putting other jobs, hired after us, before us. After claiming to be finished I called them to let them know my shower walls, installed by them, were buckling and many unfinished areas needed to be finished or repaired... Work they had done. This company stated they could not come back out for at least another month to repair their mistakes. This was supposed to be a one week job, per contract, and it has now went on for over two months. I now have to pay another company to come in to fix Bullocks Plumbing and Restorations mistakes so we can use our shower, and try to recover my money in court.Review from Jkeegan

I would leave a 0 if i could. Please do not hire this company for any restoration services at all. Their lack of experience is fearful and thank god I had medium industry knowledge that they were doing the wrong thing. I think in their hearts they were doing the right thing but are way in over their heads. Their lack of experience cost me thousands in repairs. Their incapable of handling moisture damage allowed mold to develop and travel through my house causing secondary damage. There is a reason their BBB has been revoked. At the point you have to lead a contractor on what they are supposed to do it is a red flag and that is when i cancelled my services with them.
