      I have been waiting over 2 months for a compressor and EVERYTIME I contact Adam to discuss this he seems to not remember me and then after I say what for he finally does. I was told that I should expect my compressor under warranty in a week. This is important because it has now been over 2 MONTHS. They didn't know the compressor part number changed (which being a professional company would have access to that information). Then when they and the "sears rep" they claim to have finally figured that out it has been more than a month and I still haven't seen the "approved warranted compressor" that I was told I should be getting soon. Around January 11th is when this issue started. I have contacted this company via text, phone and even attempted email of which it came back undeliverable. I have spoken to Adam and Ryan via phone with no avail and Adam and Shaun via text with no avail. WHY am I not getting answers. I have been told twice to contact sears direct and each time they have NO warranty for my compressor on file. Why tell me to contact them if it doesn't exist. I have gone through pure hell trying to help get this part with NO results. This company is not professional at all, they don't follow through with their work and I CANNOT afford a new $2000 fridge. Why can't they just follow through with what they told me? I would like this compressor fixed for the $500 price they told me it would cost OR my service fee charge back for not doing anything to fix my issue. I NEED this resolved. It is creating MANY issues in my home waiting on lack of help and professionalism I expect from a company, that falsely states that they are professional. I am begging this company to make things right. PLEASE!! Please contact me and resolve this issue asap. ***** ** ********** ****

      Great service! Knowledgeable, reliable and on time, very reasonable prices, friendly and helpful. Sean obviously cares about doing a thorough job and ensuring the customer is satisfied. It can be stressful finding a skilled service/repair company that doesn't try to take advantage of you, or do so-so work, or (my favorite) talk to you like you're stupid. I'm so glad I found S&S Appliance. I will call them again if I need more appliance work, and I highly recommend to everyone.
