On December 17th 2021, I purchased a gift certificate for $150.00 for interior car detail for my husband. I was told that it could be used at any time, we just had to call. In March, once all of the snow and bad weather disappeared, we booked the car detail for May 5th 2022, and they didn't show up. We gave them a second chance, and booked May 31st 2022, and they again, didn't show up, after we even confirmed the time of 4pm, and took the carseats out of the car, and informed them that June 1st didn't work because my son had surgery. At this time, we decided we could go to them just to get the car clean. They said I was harassing them, and exchanged some choice words with me. I informed them that we just want our money back, on May 31st at 10:27am, and they advised "Friday June 10th is my next pay period for my workers so that's when you'll get it I can't pull money out before pay period" we waited for our refund of $150.00, and never got a refund. I sent a message on Saturday June 11, Monday June 13, and ultimately today, and advised I was filing police report for theft, along with a better business bereau report, because we were scammed. I was told " I'm busy do what you want but at the end of the day your going to look crazy"
