I can’t begin to describe the nightmare I’ve endured through this apartment complex. The property manger Ms.***** was incredibly rude the entire time to me and was very condescending. They dodged my calls for weeks after I learned they run credit scores off their own factoring system and Not what actually is your score. On my denial form which I was appalled that even received … it says If I have an issue with the way they run credit or If there was any discrepancy to call the scoring company they use.. So I did they said, call apartment complex and show them your actual credit score and they should be able to approve you since you have over then 650. So i contacted Axiom and Ms .*****, Said that she would contact corporate and show them my credit scores and see if they could push my application through as I had a higher credit score than their scoring system put me up. I have called and emailed and they have never responded to a call back or an email.. They still have my $200 deposit and they cannot figure out to refund it to me since it was done as a money order. I truly wanted this to be my own with my kids… I am very upset of how they’ve treated me and they have a handle this whole situation. The property manager employees are extremely disrespectful.,, and very unhelpful. All I’m saying is if you don’t belong in the customer service industry don’t work with the public! I do want to contact corporate to see if they can resolve this issue and I can move in. If absolutely not then I would want my $200 deposit back. I applied over a month ago. Hope to hear back from somebody with this review No one is returning my call.. And I can’t find Phone number to get some real help! So sad people in the world such assholes!Review from breanna c

*** WARNING *** Do not live here ***** **** **** ****** *** *** *** ******* ***********. Please. Save your family, your children, your pets, the agony from having to wake up at 3am from piercing fire alarms throughout your bedroom, living room, and the entire complex. To be clear, I’m not taking about a smoke alarm beeping from dead batteries. Think, “fire drill” type alarm (someone posted a video in the reviews if you’d like to add it to your phone as an alarm to wake you up in the morning). 60+ fire alarms and counting since we moved here. That’s a couple a week on average. They’re totally random. Sometimes we’re graced with 2-3 a day. During work. Getting ready for work. During your important presentation online while you work. During a nice sit down dinner. When you’re away for the day and your beloved pets are trapped inside with 120+ decibels ringing in their ears and no where to go to make it stop. During your child’s nap time. During your 2-4am REM cycle. This is the norm here, sadly. Spend 10-15 minutes of your valuable time and read the 1-2 star reviews for this place. Learn from the honest mistakes of the current and former residents who live here, and avoid this place. Pearl Lantana across street is a sanctuary compared to The Markson, as are the other complexes along Rialto Blvd. I lived at Pearl for 3+ years and boy do I regret leaving that place to save a couple hundred bucks a month for this nightmare. Btw, this is 1 of the dozens of systemic problems here caused by a corporation too greedy to care about their quality of contractors they hired to “build” this apartment, and too lazy to do anything to fix the problems caused by their ineptitude. The Leasing team and Maintenance team are wonderful people and great at what they do. They serve us daily and hats off to them for their hard work. Some of them live here, too, and deal with the same problems. The problem is corporate and “management”. Read the comments.Review from Maurissa J

The Sinclair Apartments in Columbus, OH should literally be shut down permanently. The staff are rude and unprofessional, and the children of residents run rampant all hours of the night. My friend's car was stolen by a guest of another resident, and the staff did nothing to help. The previous maintenance guy stole items out of my home TWICE when I was not at home, and nothing was replaced. My a/c has been broken all summer and they haven't even placed a window conditioner in my unit. There is always trash in the hallways and stairways, and residents leave the windows open on the stairways with no screens, which is a safety concern for the unsupervised children that run through the building and letting bugs in the building. The dumpsters are so overfilled that the trash spills over into the parking lot. We are supposed to use a key fob to get into the building and residents just break the door, so it is not able to close. We are supposed to have access to the gym 24/7, but kids just go in there like it's a jungle gym and destroy the place. They were even throwing the dumbbells at the wall, so instead of fining the residents or even evicting them, the staff thought it was better to just remove the equipment from the gym. So many residents have broken their leases and moved out because it is worst than the projects in there. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! You will quickly regret it.Review from Tasha W

I cannot believe I have been waiting for an apartment since March and I have finally gotten into my apartment yesterday but I have been ripped off for my money as well as taken advantage of. This apartment is not ready at all bathrooms leaking into another apartment, tubs are full of mold, and much more. I have been staying in a hotel for months waiting and I have 3 babies yet they want me to move into an apartment that's nasty, homeless breaking into it with drugs like how can people get away with something like that. NRP Management Group at Via Sana Apt had no security no grass for the tenants in townhomes their no such learning center Erica Haize this property manager tells Bogus lies Reverse stories lot if family members here she expose my business I had a hard time getting in this place discrimination gave my apt away #*** *ike i was crazy and put me in #*** the Regional Manager is Very Disrespectful very filthy here windows the back door not repair everything is about money the community room close at 5pm since last year of March 1 2023 TV doesn't work Erica ***** the property manager stated i dont have time to watch you guys and babysit the phone is pretty disturbing the property manager use Stephanie ********** to do things for Gifts cards to lie and she's a tenant and to Close to the Sparks family here who all related bad crimen background I was told to BECARFUL around this Erica Haize everything I said a Homeowner she's not to be trusted I mean her lying games needs to be evaluated NRP Management Group i never met don't answer phones lines this 1 844 number like and answer service never seen any of these people and allowing Erica ***** to be this so call property manager she's never here the office door is locked all day you don't know if she here or not you call no answer she involves maintenance man in other people business i don't trust him non of them This place is not the truth itd all about moneyReview from Mike M

The Sinclair in Columbus Ohio is hideous. The lady trAshley is a cold piece of work. You ever encounter a drive thru worker who is nasty at the window? This is her with her Willie Lynch attitude towards people of color. They haven't caught her hate and racist rhetoric. Told a person of color she could pass for white. Who says that to a subordinate worker? Plenty slave owners female and male took advantage of kidnapped Africans so that black spouse means nothing.Review from Mablen W

At this point I’d rather not leave a review for Stone Gates metals, Appartment, Lebanon Indiana because I was discriminated by the property management guy and I’m trying to take it further because he’s trying to put me out. He said I have to go within 30 days and I haven’t done anything I don’t understand why I have to leave and I just moved here.Review from Phadra D

I moved into the Bridge at Loyola on 12/29/23. At first everything was ok. Then as time went on I was being harassed by not only management but a couple of the tenants as well. The office there was telling me that several people were filing complaints against me without any proof which were all lies. I have proof and witnesses as to my character and the type of person I am. They received a payment for me from the Texas utility assistance program which was never applied to my account. Then went on to tell me because of my conduct my lease couldn't be renewed I am on the section 8 housing program and because of the false accusations and lies that were being told could have resulted in the loss of my voucher. I had to find somewhere else to move to. There was never a meeting or anything to try to come to a resolution in this matter. I also have Emails from the manager Daniel Soto indicating that there was nothing that could be done to resolve the problem and that he had spoken with the properties higher ups and their attorneys stating that I had to move and the choice not to renew my lease was on them he also started that there were complaints from all employees that are employed at this time at the property Bridge at Loyola. The stress of me having to pack up everything and moved weighed very heavy on me resulting in migraine headache's and a little weight loss. Something has to be done about the management of this property. It was a total nightmare to wake up and find out almost every day that the same person which he never told me who it was or what the complaints were was in that office every time making false complaints. They spent so much time trying to watch me that they couldn't see what was really going on over there.Review from Kayla F

I moved into the Woodmonts at the end of September and upon moving in there was roach feeces in all cabinets, on all pipes in the cabinets, and in all window seals. I constantly bombed and requested for pest control to come and they have only came twice since I’ve moved here. I communicated my disgust via email with the leading consultant (Y) who moved me into the unit. She never responded. I then went into office where the assistant manager (SJ)and another leasing consultant(CS) was able to speak with the manager who then stated “the cleaners didn’t properly clean” and proceeded to call them back to clean up the roach feeces. I have put in several maintenance request for hot water heater knocking, leaks, floods, ac not working and there was nothing done. Now there are rats in the unit. I have sent emails and contacted code compliance and nothing has been done. There was a total of 6 that was caught on sticky paper and then just recently there was 2 in the master bedroom that have not been caught. My son and I have not been home in about 2 weeks due to the infestation of rats that’s in the unit. The ac had been out for going on 3 months and nothing has been done. The maintenance man (K) came Friday with every work order I have ever put in, but I had already repaired what needed to be fixed minus the ac not not working. He then stated that “this units wasn’t supposed to be rented to anyone, it had a x by it” then proceed to take a picture of the flooring coming up and stated”he will contact the office and let them know about the trip hazard and for me to stay on top of them”. I have done more than my part and then for meeting to be conducted with the office staff and me to be blamed for the filth and unprofessionalism that was displayed by the maintenance staff on the make ready of the unit is ridiculous. I have contacted corporate and am steady going day after day and the manager (TGaffney) doesn’t have the decency to step out of her office and speak with me.
