            On November 8, 2022 I paid $50.00 Hard Body Haulers for moving service, scheduled on November 23, 2022 in Arcata California that was never fulfilled. Mike confirmed 11/23/22 movers were running late. I called and called without response. I called Mike at 707-289-5595 & 833-991-1212 on December 6, 2022 to request a refund. He indicated that I refunded has been processed. I filed a merchant dispute on 1/18/2023 with Water and Power Community Credit Union.

            I hired Hardbody Haulers to move my company from Lakewood Ohio to a storage place in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday 9/28/24. They were sulky and complaining. I could deal with that. But, on the way out of the storage place (Just Storage in Lakewood, Ohio) they apparently side-swiped a car not associated with us. Just Storage contacted me asking for their info and I gave their phone number, figuring that they and the person they hit would work things out. When I asked for the receipt at Just Storage, they promised to email it me. But, when I emailed them for it, they said (and I quote) "I'll send it once I get an apology for you falsely accusing us of hitting a vehicle at the storage locker. Until then, I'm not sending anything." This is entirely unacceptable behavior. I have been in multiple email exchanges with them, to no avail. They are convinced it's my fault, and there's nothing I can do to convince them of the truth. I still do not have the receipt I need to get reimbursed from my company. Do not, under any circumstances hire this awful company.
