I ordered 6x3x3 boxes and was sent 6x3x3 mailers which is not what I ordered. ***** keeps telling me they will fix it but no response. Said he send the correct one's but never did and had to order them from someone else. The company will no longer return messages or answer phone. I need to have these picked up and refund money.Business response

My name is *** ******* the President of PackagingSupplies.com. I spoke with our customer service representative, *****, and then I called *******. I explained to ******* that our warehouse accidentally shipped white mailers instead of brown boxes. It was a picking error and an honest mistake. I also apologized to ******* for our team in not resolving this earlier. ***** vaguely remembered talking to ******* but did not know what happened afterward. I explained to ******* that we can either ship out the correct product or give him a full refund. Since he had to order the correct item elsewhere in the meantime, ******* asked that we give him a refund. In the attachment you can see that we gave ******* a full refund on his original credit card. I also told ******* that it is not necessary for him to ship the incorrect product back to us. I told him he can keep them for free to use for his company or simply throw them out. ******* seemed satisfied with our company's resolution.Customer response
