Does not pay their laborers or subcontractors. Did two jobs and both jobs I was shorted by a very high significant amount. Had to wait 5 months for a payment and was shorted 2k.

At Cleveland Renovation LLC we are dedicated to paying all our vendors quickly and fairly. *****, (AKA ***** The Painter LLC) was paid, in full, for the first job, within one week of receiving her invoice.
The second job was a time and material job that she never finished. Her billing differed from our daily job reports, but within days sent her almost half (which is what our records indicated was due) and asked for an explanation of the difference.
Her response was to attack our reputation here and on social media. That check was returned because she moved, without a forwarding address so we stopped payment and left another one for her. We cleaned up her messes, repaired and finished her work.
Our offer is still for her to send us a detailed accounting of the work that was completed and take responsibility for her mistakes.
