They hire the worst people to answer their phones & put down the wrong dates for your appointments & no one there cares unprofessional & ghetto

It has been a true NIGHTMARE. Since my son has used this service, I have called to complain about the vendors that either don't show up or constantly getting my son late to his dialysis appointments. I have made several complaints, and nothing has changed, nor have I heard back from anyone. I have to call 6 times a week regarding his trips that are already scheduled. You can never get a manager on the line or its always someone from quality control will investigate. THATS A JOKE.

Provide A Ride Is A True Necessity and God End. With That Being Said it is unfortunate the people they hire are not truly dedicated to what this company stands for. This company seems to be all black Everytime I call to schedule a ride a black woman picks up. There is always an attitude , or super caddy and snappy. They don't listen therefore if any mistakes are made you the customer are still penalized.

All you guys do is say "I'm sorry". But nothing EVER gets fixed. I was a nurse for 22 years. I have been through it myself last 5 years. I have heard it, seen it, and been through it all. Every situation you can think of. All you do is get worse. SMH. I don't understand why caresource has not dropped your contract!! I have prayed for it. I can do the job better than most your customer service reps! They are all rude, uneducated, and definitely under trained. Every time I have to call, my head and stomach instantly starts to hurt. You people are atrocious. And all you can say is "I'm sorry" . Everytime I hear that now I want to jump through the phone! SMH. Please ... do yourself a favor... employees just need to pack up, collect unemployment because you know they ant getting another job, and go home. And when you walk out, tell the CEO... " I'm sorry"

Missed 4 doctor's appointments already! Also had to wait in the cold for over an hour because the ride didn't show up! Drivers are always late when they do show up! So I've had to schedule rides an hour before I have to be somewhere! They never apologize either!

This company has my phone number set up for one of their clients so at least 3 times now I'm getting phone calls that I'm missing my ride for medical appointments. I called them twice asking to be removed and I'm still getting calls. They have not fixed the issue and I have no idea what is happening for the client that actually needs those rides. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Unprofessional as hell, the drivers text and drive the people that answer the phone or disrespectful they give you the runaround, and they lie about rights being dispatched is the worst company I ever dealt with

Worst company EVER! I have cancer and going thru treatments which I've missed 5 and counting due to their lies and no shows! Or they fail to take me home and leave me at the radiation center for over 4hrs after its closed!! I did as I was told and scheduled all my apts ahead and STILL they say they're coming and I wait outside and no one shows. You call and they hang up or put you on hold for hours. No one cares!! Legal action should be taken!!

They are horrible!!!! They get me to my appointments an hour early but can't pick me up at the time I scheduled a ride home a week in advance!!! Sometimes they don't pick you up at all ...

This company is supposed to provide non emergency transportation. But really they provide almost no service at all to the customer. When you call them, you are on hold an average of 20 minutes each time before anyone answers. Sometimes they just hang up on you and you have to start all over again on hold. When they answer the phone they tell you they have resolved your issue but quite often nothing happens, no one picks you up and you’re stuck either waiting for a ride to your medical appointment or after the appointment waiting to get home. Sometimes it happens both to and from your appointment so it takes all day, that is if you can still arrive late for your appointment in the first place. I have had to call 5 different times for the a ride to show up and I was stuck for over 3 hours waiting. And this happens way too often. If it happened just once or twice I might understand but this happens nearly half the time I use their so called service. This is no exaggeration. They collect money from the insurance company for services they do not provide. I think most people just get so fed up with it that they arrange their own transport, if they have that option. This company should be investigated for fraud.
