      August 19 for $14,500. Pictures attached show the repair of the trusses. Have not contacted the company. I am beyond livid at this point. Roof is sagging along with the cieling inside. If possible I would like someone else to redo what is needed and bill them. Total lack of trustworthiness in them.

      Hi, I would like to appeal this complaint as we are unsure exactly where we went wrong. I attached our estimate to show you the scope of work and also to show that we have a workmanship warranty of 1 year on any complaints or issues. I state numerous times that if there are any complaints or issues that I can be reached at anytime of the day. When I met with ******** she was very nice and thankful for the work we completed for her on short notice (insurance claim for a tree that fell through her roof). I also stated in person that if she has any issues that she can reach out directly to me or email me at anytime. I received an email saying there was a complaint out of nowhere as she never reached out to by any means. We would have addressed any issue or concern she may have had like we do for every customer that we serve since that is our warranty and we take great pride in it. Since the complaint has been sent in I have not reached out because I wanted to submit this before hand but we are still willing to handle any concerns she may have. If the work we completed is not sufficient then I will make sure it is handled and we complete the task at hand because I truly believe in doing what is right and handling any issues that may arise because in a small town area if you do bad work and you will ruin a business because the best way (or worst) way to market is through word mouth so we stand by our warranty and our professionalism when it comes to any aspect of our business.
