If I could give a negative zero review I would! I had a fence installed in 2021 since then I’ve called the last 2 years to get my gate fixed! It does not close at all I have bungy cords holding it closed! The gate itself looks like crap it was put together quickly and looks awful! Now last 2 years doesn’t close! I received a call back today after calling monthly several times for 2 years and was told it’s no longer under warranty and would cost $75-$400 depending on what needs done! Now if they would came out when I called few years back it would still be under warranty! Stay away from Columbia Fence !!!

This company installed a fence on my property without my permission and is now ghosting me. My neighbor hired them to install a chain link fence and they also applied for the permit on her behalf (I have a copy of it). They went out of what was approved on the permit and installed part of it on my property essentially cutting off access to part of my garage and land. I called on 8/10, left a voicemail and received a call back the following morning on 8/11. I explained the issue and she said she would take this to the owner but cannot guarantee when she will see him as he is "out in the field all day". So, what he never comes in and checks on things? Weird. Anyway, she said call back in a week if I don't hear back. So I called over a week later (8/21) and had to leave another voicemail. Never received a call back so I called later that day still during normal business hours and no answer. I called the following day on the 22nd and it sounded almost like I called a fax line (but I didn't). The city got involved as they now cited me for having an unapproved fence on my property. The company has been ghosting the city too even told them at one point "you can't prove it was us". Since they are ignoring me and not fixing their mistake, I am pursuing legal action. Don't do business with this company if you are even considering it.

Meadow Lakes, NR This company does not remove waste from job site they instead throw it into retention ponds or areas not owned by the customer. Garbage and lazy workers to do this.

The fence was installed fine. However, we needed a repair due to wind damage. They were not responsive or courteous. It took several weeks to reach them and their office staff was rude.. They made the repair with scrap that was scratched and had extra holes that they plugged with screws. The owner was rude but after much back and forth he did agree to send a crew back out once they had "scrap" that was not as damaged. The screws they used rusted and rust marks are running down our fence. The owner blamed the company they order from. His solution was to cover the rust with paint.

This contractor stated to us at the time of the quote that if we hired them to install the white PVC fence they can work around the property due to the fact that we where planting grass through out the property at the time. The day of the install they took their heavy machines all over the property. Left tire marks and dragged all the seed at straw all over in piles. When I called them after the job was done and asked why does out yard look so bad, the owner stated that we cannot try and grow grass and build a fence all at the same time. They neglected what we were quoted and now left us a mess to clean up and fix what they did.
