I always get air in my tires at Tire Discounters. ****** told me to go to Streamline as he thought something was rubbing; caliper & rotors.
The lady said she would have a guy take a ride in my car. He pulled in the garage and began work. I was sitting for 3-4 hours. I was not allowed in the garage. When done, my bill was $1,086.32.
I said you have to be kidding me. She explained what they had done to the car. I gave her my credit card to pay the bill.
I was angry because they did not give me a written estimate before they began the work, or tell me what they were doing. 1,086.321,086.32

Ms. ****** called us on Thursday April 27, 2023 and said she had been at Discount Tire (not Tire Discounter) and they suspected she might have a caliper locking up on the right front wheel. She asked when we might inspect the vehicle and she came on Friday, April 28, 2023. When she arrived she told us that she had a vibration in the right front wheel. We determined that she needed strut rod kits including the bushings and lower control arms including the ball joints. After replacing the parts an alignment would need to be done. The control arms with the ball joints were loose and dangerous and the strut rods were worn out. The vehicle is 22 years old and needed repaired. We offered to take her up to the bay where we were inspecting the vehicle but she declined. We printed a picture of the underside of the vehicle and showed her the parts that needed replaced. We quoted her the price of $1086.32. She authorized the repair. These repairs take at least 4 to 5 hours to complete. She was going to get a ride but decided to wait. All of the repairs were completed based on her approval. We still have her old parts if she would like to have them. We resolved her problem and now has a safe vehicle to drive. We have no intention of returning her money we did what she authorized us to complete. We have a signed invoice if you would like a copy.
