This company is deceptive and completely lacks integrity. I have had to deal with mold in our building, high humidity levels, no a/c for over a month, no lights for almost a week. Bird intrusions through the ceiling, rusted and damaged tools and machines and they do absolutely nothing to remedy any situation.

I am a Salon Loft owner at the Wiregrass location. Salon Lofts took over our building as of January 1st, 2023 and it had been nothing short of a nightmare. We have a terrible mold problem that they continually bandage rather than fix. As they were replacing my wet mold covered ceiling tiles for the 4 time in two months they broke a piece of equipment in my room. It was a ring light I use daily. I found it on the floor in pieces. I immediately called our only point of contact ******* ******* the marketing manager and sent her videos and pictures. She said it would be replaced. The following day she asked for the information on the light. I sent it over and her whole tone changed. As soon as she found out the light was $395 she refused to replace it. I asked for a supervisors contact information and she replied, “ I am relying this message through my supervisor. She will not call you. This is my job to relay this information.” She continues to refuse to pay anymore than $200. I asked for her supervisors information a third time and this was her response, “That’s not going to happen, I am telling you that I am corporate and I am relying the message.” I am now still working day in and out with headaches and respiratory issues and now a broken light to top it off. If I had another option or location go work believe me I would.

She muttered under her breath I have things to do and was angry the whole time . She threw a ****** **** at me saying , I bet you want your money back . Now , I **** I have a video of my chopped hair . She is unprofessional and should not carry a license to carry a scissors. I want my money back for the service at Salon Loft in West *******, ****
