Our Father passed away on 21 Nov 2021, and was laid to rest on 1 Dec 2021. My brother and I were told that due to Covid that it may take some time before our Father's name and information would be placed outside his mausoleum. We have called several times over the past few months and have even visited the office only to be told that there are delays with the letters coming in due to Covid as well as there being a shortage of staff and the number of processionals that are occurring each day. As of 9 May 2022, we were told that it would take another two and half weeks to another month for our Father to have his information made available. It would seem that they are only delaying the process more and more. I don't understand how financial arrangements had to be paid in advance, however they are unable to meet their end of the deal/contract. If no one since 1 Dec 2021 has been able to have their names added to their vault, then I can almost understand. However if other families laid their loved ones to rest, I do not understand why we cannot do the same. I currently live in Texas, however, if pictures are required, I can have my brother take pictures and upload them. Lastly, if the company keeps their word, this will be settled within a month. To date, they have not shown a great deal of respect to my Father (an USAF Vet), my Mother, Uncles, or the rest of my family.Business response
