On Sunday, September 10th I parked in the small surface lot across from the convention center to pick up donations for New Directions Career Center from Parlay. Not to party. . .drink. . .eat. . .smoke. . .or take part in some event I didn't even know was happening. Charity work. I pulled in at 12:49p and left at 1:16p. When I went to pay my ticket I was charged $17!$#@*? I looked over and then noticed your special event sign placed in a parking space off to the side. How does a driver see this sign?!&^%@$# Very poor placement! When I left and drove by the main parking garage I clearly saw the sign (on the driver's side) before pulling all the way into the parking structure. I immediately called to get a refund and I was instructed to send an email. I sent an email TWICE with no response. Poor customer service. I want a refund. We have found the customers original email to our Parking Department and will reach out and provide the appropriate refund.
