      Worst shittiest moronic bank! Had three different store cards and put them on automatic payment. The bank took the payments late and charged me late fees and interest. They also employee half of ***** that speak little to no English! I closed all three cards and will alert everyone I know to watch out for these thieves!

      Speaking to the Comenity ************************************* is like talking to a machine. No empathy or attempt to resolve a customer concern. Our on-time payment was ************************ to the wrong account, resulting in a late fee. We called to request the fee be removed since we made the payment by phone as soon as we discovered the error. They offered a token fee adjustment of $15 but refused to address the majority of the charge. We have additional accounts with Comenity through other merchants but now plan to close them all and let the merchants know that Comenity is the reason - and why those merchants are losing our business.

      They are very deceitful ,Never use them. I went to a dentist over two years ago. My bill was $5000 and the dentist said if I paid 169 a month it would be paid off by that credit card sure enough I did so but the credit card told me that in September, if I didnt pay the remainder of the bill and not just the mandatory payment every month that my interest rate would go up 28.9%, they raised my bill from 2400 and added another 2400. I believe thats half the amount not ***** they are lying to me and will not give me a direct answer. Do not use.

      I received a letter after applying for a ************** Credit Card .... they asked for email copies mail im copies of every one of these.... my driver's license, (both front and back) my social security card, (both front and back) and proof of residency. Seems very odd... I would not trust Comenity Bank. I have never been asked for this type of information before, after applying for a card. Also, I've never had a problem with credit card approval... but now this??? Seems like fraud... not to mention the email address is @******************. Not Comenity. If this is legit, businesses who are using Comenity as a creditor are loosing lots of possible cc customers.

      This bank is horrible. Firstly I paid off the credit card in full and closed my account. Even after that theyre deciding to try and take more money from me. I called them and went over my statements because the person on the phone wasnt making sense. They refuse to take away the fee that they charged onto my account after already paying everything off. Even if I have screenshots from messaging them on their website. I was never told by the person responding that any of this was going to happen. Im completely frustrated and refuse to give them more money than they should get.

      This card claims to be great for travel, yet they denied transactions overseas and didnt even have customer service to speak to resolve the issue. Now its even worse, I received an electronic letter without any actual letter in mail, that they decreased my line by 5000$ because of my credit score. I checked my credit report and the score they provided doesnt match my actual score. Theres no customer support whatsoever to resolve issues. Avoid this card and company at all costs as it will cost you your hard earned credit score to go down when they decrease your limit for no good reason whatsoever.

      Wow, too bad im reading these now. My case looks really similar to these. I owed about some $20 on my card and called to pay it off. Spoke with customer service about this and paid full amount. Month later I get notification I am late more than 30 days on my payment so i call them again, i owed .35 cents and they report me to credit bureau. Pay that sucker again and guess what, same story again next month. Because of some pennies i got two late reports on my credit score. Tried talking to them about it but they did not care, did not resolve my credit issue.

      Terrible customer support and billing problems.I was enrolled in their automatic billing to learn just recently that there are two types of billing "scheduled billing" and "automatic billing." I was on "scheduled billing" and apparently was set up only to make six payments. When it stopped last month, I was charged a $37 late fee. I called to let them know they set me up on auto-pay and found this out. When I said I thought all was set up (over the phone by their own employees when I first set up my account, may I add), the person on the phone said it was a separate billing type. I escalated the situation, and a couple of supervisors came up, they kept saying it was "company policy" and couldn't issue a full refund. In fact, they said the other **** charges $9 per transaction just to take a payment over the phone. The different departments and different billing styles without letting their customers know what isn't actually happening until they are charging them for it is totally absurd and just terrible business practice. Beware of their shady ways of handling your payments!
