I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from Unishippers. I have encountered numerous issues throughout my interaction with them, and I believe that their conduct falls far short of acceptable standards. Lack of Communication: I have experienced a consistent lack of communication. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have not been returned. This has caused significant frustration as I have been left in the dark about important updates and developments regarding my account/order/service. Unhelpful Customer Support: The customer support team at Unishippers has been unhelpful and unresponsive. When I've reached out with concerns and complaints, I've been met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of interest in resolving my issues. 6/23/2023 - 1 shipment was created by brad.mullins@wwex.com using R&L carries from one company to another company using our account number, we received the invoice of $699.34. 5/30/2023 - 7 shipments were created by ystem.system@unishipperstest.com using UPS for a shipment that we did not create which resulted in a $268.30 invoice. Since the company is unable to secure our company information we have been attempting to close the account. It has not been used since 6/30/2023, we have continued to pay the $30 weekly charge. My attempts to get answers on both invoices and closing the accounts have been ignored. I have used their support ticket process and my tickets get closed down with no resolution. I called yesterday and spoke to *******, unclear where she was from, she told me to email upshelp@unishippers.com, I did so with no hopes of receiving a respons.
