I went to Merion Village Saturday for an emergency to get two teeth pulled and they sat me down for a cleaning they had an open appointment and they said they took my insurance! I go back and I told them I didn’t need a cleaning that I needed my teeth pulled that I have been in pain for a while and nothing was helping it any more! So then a girl comes back tells me that I have to pay 1000 to get two teeth pulled after being told they took my insurance sent me out to the waiting area mind you I’m super upset she then takes me to a room where I sat for 20 mins then the dr comes in and starts to work on my teeth then just up and leaves the room for 20/30 mins I had to use the bathroom and I go and he’s in a different persons room I just never felt like I didn’t matter or wasn’t important enough and I was already having anxiety attacks the whole time! So then a new assistant and the dr come back he starts some more leaves again then a different assistant comes back in with the dr. I had three the whole time! So then he pulls one tooth leaves comes back and goes to the next and pulls it and then sends me to X-ray two times and then he try’s to pull some more of my root then I go back to X-ray again to tell me he’s not comfortable enough to keep doing it and I need to see the surgeon! Well I was there for 4 hours and 30 mins to get 2 teeth pulled I goto leave and they scheduled my appointment with the surgeon I called to cancel that because now I don’t trust this place I feel like they are scammers and don’t care about their patients and the girl said that will cost 100 to cancel because you have to cancel within two weeks! Mind you they scheduled it 11 days apart and no one mentioned it to me! But I told her to send me a bill and cancel it! I will never return back there!! The worst experience ever of my life!
