Entered contract with business partner who pulled permits under Wess Specialty Electric in August 2021 for remodel wiring and relocate service adding disconnect. Rough inspection was completed October 2021 for remodel wiring. Relocation of service has not even started. Business partner was going to come out when new roof was being installed to install new weatherhead. No call, no show. This has happened more than a dozen times. I have rearranged my schedule based on these expectations. Contacted Wesley T***** March 25, 2022 after realizing permit was pulled under a different name. *** **** ********** ************* ***) came out and worked on the panel a week later. To this date not all the circuits are hooked into panel. Jan text me on May 6th, 2022 and asked if I could pick up a piece of rigid conduit. Spent 2 hours of my own time to find one that day thinking he was coming over and he has not been here since. He text May 9th, 2022 saying I was back on the schedule for Friday. Thought he was coming to complete the job so I scheduled the inspection. Sent a reminder text Thursday, no response. Sent a text Friday to advise inspection was Monday. He said I was not on the schedule until Monday. Then Jan stated the one piece of conduit I was able to find was too pricey. I cancelled the inspection as I still have circuits not connected and no cover on the panel. He said it would have passed. He has not responded when I have said I want the service and panel done.Business response

I am looking into the details of this complaint. A former project manager of mine was handling this project and appears that he provide me inaccurate information about this project. I only received 3 calls about this project from the owner. 1 on Mar 25 at 8:57 pm. (Friday night) This was the first communication about this project. I was told that my project manager has not be on site for several days. I told him i would look into it and get it resolved. Although my manager had conflicting stories he was instructed to complete the Job within the next few days. I Contacted the Owner on that following and informed him that it would be taken care of that week and my manager would contact him to arrange the details. I also asked him to contact me if this was not done to his satisfaction. I followed up with my manager the next week and was told that there was a delay with the roof and that it was completed as far as we could go until the other trade was complete.
My next and only other conversation with the owner was on Apr 6th when he call to say the scheduled appointment was a no show. Obviously was not happy that he had to call me and assured him that someone would be there the next day and if that did not happen to let me know right away. I then informed my manager to get this issue resolved immediately. On April 8th I followed up with him and he assured me it was done. It wasn't until I received this notice that I became aware that it was not taken care of. By this time that manager was released.
I immediately contacted the owner to resolve the issue, When I asked why he had not contacted me months ago when it was not handled to his satisfaction, I was told that my former manage told him not to because I was to busy be bothered. At this point we reviewed the project and have made arrangements to finish the details as soon as they return from vacation. I offered to do it while they were gone but He preferred to be on site while the work was being done which I understand completely. It is sometimes difficult to keep taps on all projects especially when they are small and over a long duration of time, that is why I assign them to managers, In this case my trust was misplaced. I will continue to work personally with the owner until the project has been completed to his satisfaction.
