***** C In 2018 we contacted Generac to inquire about having a stand-by generac install a our home. Generac referred National Power Systems, which is now known as United Power Company. The owner who installed our generac does not return calls/text nor comes to service our generac when called. On June 14, 2022 we had a severe power outage which caused our generac to run for a long period of time. Due to the generac running so long around 2:00am we were awaken by an alert that we had carbon monoxide poisoning. The next day we contacted Generac that sent someone from ********************* who informed us that our Generac was improperly installed (it should be 5 feet from all windows and doors, which ours wasnt). Apparently the carbon monoxide poising was coming through our basement window. We contacted the owner of United Power Company to inform him of our situation and he said he would rectify the problem (relocate the generac). It is now one month later and United Power Company is not returning our calls or text.

FRAUD!!! Scammer!!!!We entered into a contract with **** ******************** after he came into our church and introduced himself. Last ****h 2021, we have a contract saying he would have our job completed within 3 weeks. He sends emails constantly saying he will be here next week and that never happens. He brings his son to get peoples sympathy on how he is trying to be a good father. Don't fall for it. He has played on our kindness and patience for way to long. We gave him a deadline of the end of ****h and he never showed or acknowledged our email. We now have a lawyer involved and I am making a complaint with the Attorney General. They need to take all rights away from him and not allow him to run any type of business. I would encourage others that have been scammed by him to do the same. **** has been charged with crimes before from the Attorney General and other districts, if you do your research. I wish we would of read more online so we wouldn't be out 5K.

The company name should be CATCH ME IF YOU CANBased on my experience (November 2021 to date) ************ ******************** is as close to a con artist as you can be without stepping fully over the line. Engaging him for anything that involves services for money is nothing more than you being charitable. On 28 October, as the *** for my ailing mother (95 yrs) I entered into a written contract with UNITED POWER COMPANY, LLC/************ ********************. He was to install a GENERAC backup generator at the residence of my mother who was in at HOME HOSPICE. What began as a trusting relationship soon spun into a web of lies. The generator was never installed, nothing was installed, and my mother passed away on the 16th of February (as one might figure based on the word HOSPICE) and Mr. ******************** then promised a full refund nearly 2 months later he just continues to weave a web of lies. LOWEST example of a human being I can imagine a murderer takes your life, a ****** takes your dignity, a thief steals and you dont know who or why - but a con man looks you in the eye, gains your trust in man and then for only money crushes your very belief in anybody. How does he live with himself? What is worse - how can you be a shinning example of anything worthy to your 10 year old son. That isnt a question - it is a statement.

Fraudulent !!!! The best word to stop you from hiring this company! He will steal your money and not even feel horrible! It will just encourage him to keep on being a "***** at large"! Do NOT let him steal your funds! You will NEVER see the funds again. He is a huge story teller!Be AWARE!!!
