      9.6.23 ordered an arrangement online, then called the store to inquire about delivery before noon because my boss was leaving early and not returning until Monday. it's 2 p.m., the day of delivery and I've been calling the store since 9 am simply to ask that i be able to pick it up/ i called customer service, i've called other stores. I do not trust this business and don't believe anyone is even working in the store. no one has called me back no one has responded to my emails and the store manager hasn't replied to the online request for help.

      I purchased an order for Mothers Day on May 12th. They took my money, but never processed the order. I have called a ton, no one ever answers the phone or returns messages left. WO#***********-1 was never done. I want a full refund and I will be pursuing more actions on this as you ruined Mothers Day for my mother.....

      I purchased an edible arrangement bouquet for my wife for Mother’s Day on 05/13/2023. Delivery was selected for Monday, 05/15/2023. I paid edible arrangements $87.05. Days go by past the delivery date. I try to call the store at ###-###-#### and no one answers. I wait a couple more days and try again. Same thing, no one answers. I leave a voice mail with my order number. No one returns my calls. I try again for multiple days within business hours. After two weeks of the order being late for delivery, I call edible arrangements customer service at ###-###-####. A man answers the phone. He says he will call the store to see what’s going on. He puts me on hold. When he answers the phone again, he said the store didn’t answer the phone. He promised me he will get ahold of the store and have delivery set for two days from that call. I get an email with a case number reference *******. It’s been over a week since that call. I’ve yet to receive my order, and now I can’t get ahold of customer service, or the store! Neither one answers the phone. I don’t know what to do at this point. I still want the order but everything about the customer service from this company is unacceptable.

      On February 14, 2023 I ordered an arrangement from Edible Arrangements to be delivered that day. I received the receipt for $147.25 and confirmation email however nothing was delivered. I left several messages at the location (Polaris, Columbus Ohio) with no return call. Today, 2/15/2023, I have called at least a dozen times with no answer and no return calls. I called another location which gave me the customer care number (###-###-####) and was on hold for 30 minutes prior to being disconnected. This is extremely poor customer service for any company. These arrangements are NOT cheap and honestly no longer wanted at this point.
