Hello, on July 18, 2022 I went for the first time to the Smart Style Salon in question, inside Walmart to do a hair relaxation. I have never been treated so poorly by Ms. *******, I arrived and she told me to sit in the first chair the first time, and she said over and over that I don't need any relaxation. She put a product in my hair and within 20 seconds she told me to wash it. Yes, 20 secodns. After washing my hair she said: You done here. Didn't dry my hair or comb it. Relaxation had absolutely no effect. I am very sad about the situation, because the one who recommended me was a former employee. I'm a man, and I have short hair. I would like a solution to my problem or a refund. The saloon is at Morse Road in Columbus Ohio.
