On Tuesday July 5th 2022 I was at Central Ohio Urology, Gahanna Ohio. I did not have a office visit nor I also did not see or talk to any doctor. The staff member behind the desk in the office said I will not be charge or billed, also I confirmed downstairs location that I will not be billed or charge.She said I would not be.Initial Complaint

1/31/22 - $35 copay 2/2/22 - $35 copay 2/15/22 - $35 copay and $196 for office visit that occurred on 1/31/22 I contacted COUG on 3/10/22 requesting a refund of the three copays (3 x $35 = $105) as we had already met our deductible and coinsurance for the year and to inquire about the $196 I was charged on 2/15 for the 1/31 visit. It was determined that the office visit on 1/31/22 had not been processed through my insurance company so they would resubmit resulting in the $196 being refunded to me. A total refund of $301. I was told I would receive this refund in three to four weeks. I called them back on 4/13/22 to follow up on my refund. They could not tell me when I would receive my refund. I called them back on 4/28/22 and when they could not provide an explanation as to when I would be receiving my refund, I was forwarded to ****** at ext *****. I left her a voicemail. When I did not hear back from her, I called again on 5/5/22. Someone in the billing department was supposedly forwarding me to ***, ******** boss, but I later figured out they forwarded me to ext *****. I left a voicemail at ext ***** prior to 8:30 AM requesting a call back regarding when I would be receiving my refund as it had been since 3/10/22. I did not receive a call back. I made further attempts later in the day to speak to someone, anyone about this matter but all several people could suggest was to leave a message. I left another message at ext ***** requesting a call back and indicating that I was at a loss as to what to do as the billing associates couldn't help me and she wasn't returning or answering phone calls. While gathering documentation, I noticed that my insurance company processed the claim for the 1/31/22 office visit on 3/15/22. I am requesting that I receive the money rightfully owed to me immediately.Business response

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint as I have received and cashed without issue a check in the amount of $301.00.
