  Saturday August 26 2023 548pm I am unfortunately filing this complaint because I feel that I am now been ignored cut off and not cared for by Kali Holistic Healing owned by ********* ******* in a **** ****** ******** **** ********** ******* business building I believed owned by ******* ******.

  ********* ******* told me shes a medical intuitive &natural holistic practitioner and that she cares that she is a honest fair business person. I wanted to believe and trust in her especially being disabled I thought I was wrong in being hesitant cautious & unsure about taking too long to book an appointment with her because she assured me in the beginning she could reset the chemicals in my brain from a adverse reaction to a leaky gut supplement from *** ***** **.

  I was asking questions through text so I could get a very basic understanding of what she could do to help me with this very distressing problem I had for two weeks. I did get her a bit upset which made me feel guilty because I was taking longer to decide to book with her because I just really wanted to be sure I wouldn't get worse

  I was desperate worried and I wasn't getting the results from the hospitals and doctors office which I was comfortable in telling her prior me making the appt. I kept asking her questions about the iconic foot bath and theta healing would somehow offsetting or resolving an adverse reaction to a leaky gut supplement. I also thought it was okay to give her my history so she could be able to know if she would be able to resolve the reaction to the Supplement

  I booked an appointment with her online Thursday 24 2023 at 230pm I wasn't aware of all of what I was supposed to do during and after the appt because she kept telling me during the ionic foot bath that I wouldn't get worse because I kept asking if I would get worse & she said no.

  ********* asked me to update her with how I was doing and I told her I had side effects and as of 5pm when I contacted ********* her phone is disconnected

  I have initiated a refund and would like ****** ****** to remove all the negative feedback from Yelp and BBB.

  If ****** has gotten worse, I can assure her that is not from the foot detox machine but from conditions that are far beyond my control. I am not a doctor and she has signed my waiver releasing me from all liability of her conditions.

  I empathize with her and what she is going through. I have responded to her more than ten  fold. I am a good and honest person who only cares for and attempts to help people. Some people are too sick for me to help them and I believe this is a case for that. I had recommended to ****** that she would need multiple sessions and more than just ionic foot detox to start to remedy her ailments but people also have to be willing to do the recommended work at home that this situation requires. Using holistic remedies requires dedication, a lot of time and patience. All of which were not afforded to me. 

  The alimtox foot detox machine has never caused a single person harm. I have done 100’s of footbaths and never received negative feedback until now. 
  

  I had a bad feeling about taking on ****** as a client from the start and even told her I would prefer for her to go elsewhere. I have spent more than 20 + hrs on this person and have received $25. I charge $100/hr for my services. I assure everyone involved that if anyone has been used in this situation, it is me.
