*******************************, owner of Dynasty Business Solutions left his work incomplete, damaged my personal property and caused structural damage to my home. He put in a french door that WILL NOT OPEN. There is a step over to get out the door which is a safety violation. He removed a wall that was a supporting wall and assured me it was not. He left trim with nails on my floor, left a hole in the floor where the wall used to stand and did a terrible job patching the wall and ceiling. He did not cover any of my belongings and left drywall dust all through my home. My furniture and rugs were white. He scratched my glass dining table by using it as a work bench for his tools. He measured and cut the trim using my kitchen counter as a saw horse. ******* left the trash on the side of my house in my flower bed ruining my garden and statues. ******* admitted his wrongdoing but was not remorseful. It was his birthday. He had to go on vacation. He promised to take care of everything when he returned. ******* has since blocked me on social media and will not return my calls. Ive contacted the Columbus Black Business page on ******** where I found this company. Ive been in touch with one of their administrators, ***********************. He said he has reached out to ******************** and hasnt received a response. He will be blocked from advertising on that page. I will be taking legal action against ******************** and his business.

************************* with Dynasty Business Solutions finished my basement in November of 2021. Here is my honest review of his work. Pros - **** and his team gave a free estimate and were affordable.~ They started on the day they said they would, showed up on time, and had several long days during the project to get work done. ~ He finished my basement in about nine days.~ I had issues with his work, and even though I'd already paid him, he did come back and fix the things that I requested free of charge. Cons - There were major issues with his work: ~ Multiple drywall seams were showing both in the middle of the walls and on the corners.~ The carpet had a large seam running down the middle and the smaller piece of carpet was laid going against the grain.~ **** installed a door going into the unfinished portion, but the carpet going into that portion was left unattached to the floor without a baseplate.~ There were were a few places at the edge of certain steps where the carpet did not touch the wall.~ On the steps it appeared that the carpet wasn't cut to the correct measurements and there were small pieces of carpet that were placed as patches to cover up these spaces.~ There was one step where no padding was placed underneath the carpet.~ There was one step where he left a large piece of carpet un-stapled and hanging over ~ During the process, the only information I received about the details of what was being done were the direct questions I asked. If I didn't ask a question, he did not provide any details. Because of this, I came down on Day 1 and realized he hadn't installed any outlets. I asked why and he said that my fianc and I had requested no outlets, but there's no reason why anyone would request that they have no access to power in a basement. He did install one in "good faith" but, if he really believed that we had said this, he should've clarified with us. Now we are left with one outlet in a large basement.~ At some point I came downstairs and asked about venting and insulation because it was cold. He said he didn't insulate, and didn't install vents because he didn't know how to do so with the vents in my house. But, he never mentioned not having this knowledge/experience before starting his work, and he never got a subcontractor who in fact did have this experience. Now we are left with a basement with no insulation and no vents in the middle of winter.~ During his work, he tracked white dust all over my hallway and it was also on my upstairs table, counter, stove, etc. I had to ask him to wipe his feet, which fixed that problem. When he came back to fix things, he left piles of white dust in corners, along walls and on the carpet in the basement and didn't clean it up. I have never had large construction done on my house, and didn't know what to look for so, after he completed his work, I paid him, thinking that he had done a decent job. However, when my fianc saw it a few days later, he immediately pointed out the flaws that shouldn't have been left. Because I had already paid him, he had no obligation to come out and fix anything, and to his credit, he did to a certain extent. He put more applications of mud on the walls at my request and repainted, and the seams on the walls are no longer visible. He also put padding under the one step that didn't have any, and it looks like he may have attempted to fix the large seam in the carpet but, the seam is still visible both in the middle of the carpet and on the stairs. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend him and it seems he could benefit from some supervision and training.
