The date of the transaction was October 31, 2023. My order number is ******. I ordered two 3 pack Women’s Light-Weight Crew Pacas socks, and one 3 pack - Men’s Crew Pacas Socks. I also ordered two Sock Gift Boxes as 2 of the 3 packs were intended as Christmas gifts. My order was confirmed 10/31 and shipped 11/3. It was delivered 11/5. The package was small and contained only the gift boxes and 1 pack of the Women’s Crew Socks. I contacted the company 11/6 by email, which is the only way to contact them! I had multiple transactions with ****** in Customer Support. I have 7 emails to support this. He was polite and answered the first few emails, then I was ignored. I was always told they received my request for my items and it was being reviewed. I never heard from them again. I decided to wait until after the holidays as this company seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I was in the process of moving and totally forgot about the socks. I did keep all interactions with this company on my iPad. I would appreciate my credit card be refunded for the price of the merchandise I did not receive. The amount should be $72.80 plus the tax I was charged. Please contact me if you need me to upload the supporting documentation. I am not sure how to do that and will get someone to assist me.
