The motel was nasty gnats everywhere the bed covers nasty. Swimming pool and exercise out of order. Holes in floor and wall. Had three things to choose from for breakfast, bagels, waffles, and toast, the toaster was out of order. We asked to speak to manager the person at front desk kept telling us he would be it the next morning at 9:00 am then 10:00 then we took all our belongings to the vehicle and came back to front desk at 11:00 to check out and see if manager had ever came still was not there. We paid for 3 nights and stayed one and did not get anything refunded back to us. We were not the only family checking in and then checking out and wanting their refund.

Just like everyone else who has had an experience here, nasty is an understatement. Stains in the beds and sheets, smells of urine. Floors were caked with things stuck in the carpet. Bathroom floors were sticky. Damage everywhere in the room. Then the staff, well below what you would call par as far as customer service. The drug activity going on is a pandemic in that area. This place needs to be shut down.

Unclen, unkempt, false advertising, managers are a joke and utilities disfunctioning.This place is just aweful, unkempt and unsafe. We were moved to different rooms twice because the ** units didn't work. My mother in law also had to move to a different room for the same reason. The one comforter had a cigarette burn **** in it and the sheets had gross white stains on them. You could move the one ** unit out of the wall and the smell that was coming out of it was nauseating. The entire hallways and rooms smelled like Marijuana. The ** vents on the units were also broken. My mother in laws room's lamps light bulb was still in the lamp with a hole in it. My sister in laws toilet didn't even flush. Her ** unit did work. The walls and carpet in the hallways were disgusting and unkempt. The ice machine on the second floor was disgraceful. It not only was all busted up to the point that ice couldn't even be dispensed, but there was human vomit in the ice tray. After seeing all this I wasn't even disappointed that the pool was closed and no breakfast to be served in the morning. This is where the false advertisement comes in. When I checked the website the week prior to staying at the hotel tomake sure the pool was to be open and breakfast in the morning it said it was all open. The beds are also full size not queen, and the pillows were the perfect size for toddlers only. Lines at the front desk were really long with complaints. IDs had to be copied from each adult which was also strange and a laughable $100 deposit was taken at arrival which was not stated when booking the room. This place is a disgrace and needs to seriously be looked into. It is a disgraceful establishment and I'm disgusted that I took my kids to this place. Thus place doesn't deserve 1 star let alone 2.

The carpet in the hallways were dirty and spotted with unknown substances in the main areas and walkways. The elevator had trash on the floor. There were no towels in the room. No toiletries ie shampoo, soap ....The bed linen appeared unchanged upon entry into the room. The carpet in the room was dirty and spotty. Staff responded slowly to requests but easily took the money for payment.
