  i went to Ace iron and metal on 5-30-22 to recycle some metal and ect and when I got done unloading almost 2 ton of metal and ect I went to collect my money and I was told that I would have to donate my items because I was on the do not buy list for something that I was Never Convicted of 7 years ago and finally they said that I could go back in the yard and get my items back but it had to be on there time and I would have to wait until they had no customer's before I could even start to retrieve my items back so after waiting around until after closing time Wich was around 6:00pm and I was there originally since 3pm along with my 5 and 6yr old son and daughter along with my fiance and I was done retrieving some of my items from the yard and was told to pull out front and the rest of my items would be brought out to me and when I received my items back there was a lot of missing items and I was told that I didn't have any of the items I claim missing and that's all of my items. i was cheated out of about 50 lbs of barebright copper wire and more than 100 lb of clean aluminum along with semi battery and brass. so I told them that if they thought I was lieing then they need to rewind the surveillance cameras and they would see that I did have all of the items that I was missing and the owner told us to have a good day and and walked away. this place is cheating people out of money every single day by stating that customers had less lbs or items so they don't have to pay as much money to customers that is not right and they are truly SCAMS and this place and/or anykind of business like this one is not the kind of business that needs to be opened and I can only imagine how over the years of terrible business how many other people have been cheated out of money from Ace iron and metal on groveport Rd Columbus Ohio and it will be reviewed and they will face matters criminal charges after the video of surveillance cameras show that I was cheated out of items/money by them
