Calling me repeatedly from a PA number though located in OH however looking for someone else who is not at this number. Very much a scam call. Trying to make it sound like person is going to be contacted at work, their supervisor called, and that they will be arrested. No specifics given so definitely scam. Need to cease and desist immediately.

I am in receipt of Customer Complaint # ********, initiated by the following individual:
Customer Information:
Ms. ****** is not a current or past Client of Beacon Investigative Solutions (Beacon), and before receipt of this complaint, we had no knowledge that Ms. ****** had been contacted by anyone falsely claiming to represent Beacon.I have reached out to Ms. ****** on 3/28/2022, to attempt to get more information from her, about who may be contacting her, and from what number these calls are originating; however, I assure the BBB that no one from Beacon has attempted to contact Ms. ******, prior to 3/28/2022.
We are aware that these types of "Spoof" or Spam calls are occasionally perpetrated against consumers, by individuals who are falsely posing as licensed private investigators or investigative agencies. This is a nationwide problem, which Beacon has no control over.
In conclusion, Beacon Investigative Solutions, nor its agents or employees have attempted contact with Ms. ******. She is being contacted by someone FALSELY representing themselves to be with Beacon.
