              My sister had an appointment and the driver called me to let me know how far away he was and the ***. He got her appointment on time and texted me to let me know. He then picked her up and texted when she was back safely at her residence.

              This company uses substandard decrepit vans. Plus they do not care about their customers. On 4/30/24 the van to pick us up broke down. My 98 year old husband & I waited 3 hours to be picked up to get back home. In the meantime I called 3 times & was told one was on the way which I discovered was not true. One was never on the way. The driver of the broken down van ultimately found another one and picked us up. He was very kind.

              The company sent a wheelchair van that lacked all five required safety restraints. the seatbelt that goes across the shoulder and waist of the wheelchair rider was absent from the van. company is not operating legally to provide wheelchair transport if it does not have all the required safety equipment in each vehicle

              This company would not listen to me on how long it takes to get to my doctor in ******** **** from my house. They said it would only take an hour. I've been going there once a month for nearly five years and I know how long it takes. I had to cancel my appointment because I wouldn't make it on time. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my eye injection, which could lead to a hemorrhage in the only eye I see out of. I will never use them again!
