I ordered from the Ned Bayou Store by Warner-Elekra-Atlantic Corp. on December 6, 2022 at 7:12PM. There were two items the Exclusive Ned Plush and Hero Crewneck subtotaling $104.94. My Capital One account caught that this company tried double charging me on this order making these two items $209.88 and I gladly had them remove the one charge. I ordered these items because on their website they advertised that if your order was played before or on 12/8/2022 that it would arrive before Christmas in the United States. Unfortunately, it’s now January 5, 2023 and I still do not have my order and they had never even shipped it out. False advertisement at it’s best and conveniently when you email for help there’s an automatic generic response that comes back every single time. Now, on January 5, 2023 I get an email back that they had canceled my order of $104.94 with no explanation and have not credited my money back. They failed to ship my order, lied to me and now are stealing from me!!! I just want my Christmas present to be DELIVERED! Funny because I had a Christmas discount on this order as well and they’re trying to get around that too. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and i’ve been making it known on social media. Will NEVER buy from this fraud company again. My order number is ***************** US.Customer response
