I scheduled a visit with ***** for microblading. She charges $150 down to schedule the appt. I went to the first appt and then scheduled to come back in 4-6 weeks for the second appt which is included in the cost that I paid on the day of my visit. She makes you pay all up front for the services. I was charged $397.25 on the day of my appt. The total of $547.25. This cost includes a second visit to complete the Microblading of my eyebrows. I showed up for my second appt and waiting an hour and 45 minutes while she was with another client. I was tired of waiting so I left. I had to text her several times to get a response back to reschedule. She told me she would refund me some of my money and complete my eyebrows if we scheduled another appt. I told her when I was available but none of the times worked for her so I told her I would get back with her after Christmas. I have emailed and texted several times to get my second appt and she will not respond. The last message I sent, I told her I was filing a complaint against her if I didn’t receive some of my money back since she didn’t complete the service. I still have not received any word back from her. I want some of my money back for the service that I paid for up front and she didn’t complete.
