Currently, the process of purchasing a new home in the Columbus area is honestly out of control, but ******* made the process bearable and in many ways pleasant. He provided my wife and I with support and reasonable thinking. ******* is very thorough and knowledgeable. He helped us with several offers and letters to support our offers, only to lose to the competition. He was unfazed and never became inpatient with our requests. Michael was very helpful through out entire process and kept a quality line of communication between him and myself. Michael also made himself available around my hectic work hours to get everything done in a timely fashion without ever making me feel pressured or rush. We found Financial One and ******* through ********. He contacted us quickly and we began the process of applying for a mortgage. Initial trepidation regarding a small business funding our loan from us, our real estate agent, the seller’s real estate agent and even the closing/title company was quickly overcome. ******* is just a class act. You work through your application on the phone with him, not a 40-page online application that’s doomed to fail. **** is available and answers his own phone and texts. We spoke frequently. Being able to reach out to him with rapid, effective, communication was a huge stress relief throughout the process. Electronic document delivery and signing was a breeze, and he is happy to talk you through any of it. **** was ahead of schedule with our closing documents and went through all the numbers ahead of time, so our closing was a pleasant experience. We cannot give any higher praise to Michael. It's normal in the mortgage business to think you are stuck with using a large bank. You are not. ******* provides personal service and beat the best large bank rate by a half a percent, with no points. It just doesn’t get any better! Thanks, ****.Review from Heather D

Michael at Financial One was wonderful to work with. When I first talked to him I was so stressed from submitting so many documents to two other lenders just to see what they could even offer me. He handled things so well and explained things to me, answered my questions, and gave me the information I wanted to know BEFORE I had to submit all my documentation to him. By the end of that call I was actually relaxed and feeling so much better. I know he truly likes what he does. He was very responsive to us throughout the process and most importantly, he knows what he is doing. Our financial situation was very tricky to work with for a couple of reasons. He had to work probably twice as hard on our loan or more to get it done and he did it with pleasure. He also gave me confidence that it would go through and not fall through at the end. And it did! I highly recommend Michael at Financial One! He is fantastic to work with and his lending fee is very reasonable compared to others. Choose him and you will be glad that you did!Review from Rodney G

******* and the team were always available when I had questions and worked around my schedule. Rates dropped right before I was about to close, and he called me that day to lock in the lower rate. Would recommend.
