We stayed at this motel on August 5th, checking out on August 6th. We were charged $359.54, as there was a big name concert going on. After returning from the concert we realized that our toilet was leaking significantly. When we went to the front desk we were notified that no help was available and no towels were available. We used bedding to block the water, however in the morning it was flooding out to the open area of our room. The room stunk like mildew, so this appears to be an ongoing issue. We were moved to another room to shower and the receptionist knocked on the room and told us to hurry up and get out of it. The area outside of the hotel was filthy, along with the bathroom in the reception area. HORRIBLE STAY TO SAY THE LEAST. I was told that the Manager would have to approve a full refund and could not get in touch with anyone after three days of attempting this. Please help me get a full refund. I will also be contacting the Health Department in Columbus, as this place should not be open and running like it does.
